WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated all goods carry a 12 month warranty. Customers must use warranty arrangements specifically provided to you by the manufacturer.

Customers should check specifications and suitability of goods to task prior to ordering. Libra Scales & Food equipment do not operate a trial and return scheme. Further, while we will always do all we can to assist, Libra Scales & Food Equipment does not certificate the suitability of goods for specific applications.

Goods which have been incorrectly ordered will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Libra Scales & Food Equipment. Returned equipment or goods will only be accepted if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge will be levied on all such returns.

Goods may not be returned to Libra Scales & Food Equipment without prior arrangements being made. All arrangements should be made via our customer service team on 01872 519081.

Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are returned suitably packaged and for obtaining the necessary proof of delivery and receipt from the dispatcher. Please remember that proof of postage is not necessarily proof of receipt.
