Our Guarantee
.
All
our products are brand new and are covered by a minimum 1 year guarantee, unless
otherwise stated.

If any product should prove to be defective within the manufacturer's guarantee period customers should use the warranty arrangements specifically provided by that manufacturer.

Manufacturer's
warranty does not apply to fair wear and tear, nor if a product has been damaged
or misused in any way.
.
It
is very important that you return the warranty card enclosed with your goods,
promptly to the manufacturer to ensure that the full warranty period is granted.
Failure to register the goods in such circumstances may result in a shorter
product warranty cover than that stipulated.

Some
products are sold with a manufacturers 'return to base' guarantee. In the event
of a breakdown, the goods need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. We
cannot always offer loan or replacement equipment in these cases, although we
will always endeavour to assist you.

Only goods supplied within the UK mainland have 1 year parts and labour guarantee unless otherwise stated.

Returns Policy

If
you are within the UK mainland and want to return a product to us within 14 days
of its delivery, it must be unused, in its original packaging and complete with
instruction and owner manuals.

Items
supplied to you by special order may not be returned unless they are faulty or
damaged on delivery.

We reserve the right to charge a handling and re-stocking fee.
