M300 SERIES SCALE

Self-service scale with large customer keyboard.

The M300 features a robust customer keypad, protected by an easy-to-clean transparent sheet. All product pictures are mounted on a removable insert and the complete picture board can also be pre-printed, for a maximum-quality appearance.

Single, double or quadruple keys can be programmed via the user-friendly ‘set/reset’ button.

At the heart of each machine is a powerful 32-bit Motorola PowerPC(tm) microprocessor combined with our sophisticated 'flash memory'.

65 key keyboard, including 40 programmable keys

Communications

Scale communications are provided by the industry standard Ethernet networking, ensuring that the entire range is compatible with all the latest retail equipment. System faults can be traced within minutes, whilst maintaining full operational control. The standard TCP/IP protocol used enables remote communication from head office, including access to diagnostic information.

Systems may also be networked via Spread Spectrum (IEEE 802.11) Radio Frequency communications, which eliminates the need for network cabling and allows scales to be easily relocated within the store.

Systems Compatibility

Compatible with the Avery Berkel MX range of back-office software packages, for enhanced management control and flexible store integration.
